IMPORTANT INFORMATIONPick up time at the Welgevonden Main gate is between 12h30 and 13h00 on the day of arrival. Early
arrivals will incur an additional charge per person, as per rate sheet.
Departure time from the camp to Welgevonden Main gate is 10h30 on the day of departure. Late
departures will incur an additional charge per person, as per rate sheet.
Specific Room Numbers can be requested but cannot be guaranteed – Confirmed Room Type will be
guaranteed
CHILDREN’S POLICY:
• No children under the age of 12 years are allowed at the Lodge.
• Children aged 12 and up, pay 100% of the sharing rate.
• In case of Exclusive Camp Use, children over the age of 6 years are permitted at Ndlovu Safari Lodge on special
request.
WILDLIFE ACTIVITY POLICY:
• Children aged under 16 years are permitted on game drives but are not permitted on bush walks outside the Lodge.
• Permission on game drives and nature walks, for guests of all ages, will always be at the discretion of the Ranger.
This is for your safety as well as those around you, including the Ranger(s).
• When it comes to our precious wildlife, we are all guests in their environment, and we should act accordingly.
All tours, experiences and activities are weather permitting. Guest safety is our first priority.
Please ensure that all details are in accordance with your reservation request. Should you require any
amendments, please contact us immediately.
Should any of the details change, we reserve the right to re-calculate the reservation costs
accordingly.

• In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled extension of a booking caused by bad weather, strikes or any
other matter beyond our control, it is understood that expenses incurred will be for the guest’s account.
• The onus is on all guests to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance to cover themselves against risks
associated with travel and appropriate medical and other insurances.
• All tours, experiences and activities are weather permitting. Guest safety is our first priority.
• Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any peron
for whom they are responsible.
• Ndlovu Safari Lodge Directors, Offices, Employees, Representatives and Agents, are not liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever to any user howsoever arising.
This agreement shall be governed by South African law and the guest submits to the jurisdiction of the South African courts
in respect of any issue that may arise from this agreement

Exclusive Camp Use is on a request basis and subject to availability
Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 14 calendar days
A request for an extension of the provisional reservation must be made in writing
Once a provisional booking has reached 14 calendar days, the booking will be automatically released
without notification
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:• A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation charge is required.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
• We accept all credit cards
• Any cancellation should be in writing stating the reason.
• 60+ days prior to arrival date will be charged a 5% administration fee on total accommodation value.
• 31-60 days prior to arrival, 25% cancellation fee.
• 0-30 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee.
• When booking the lodge exclusively, 25% of the full amount is non-refundable.
• When booking the lodge exclusively, 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 1-60 days prior to the date of arrival.
