- Guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
- Scheduled check-in/transfer from Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate is at 13:00.
- Scheduled check-out/transfer to Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate is at 10:30.
Children’s Policy
- No children under the age of 12 years are allowed at the Lodge.
- Children aged 12 and up, pay 100% of the sharing rate.
- In case of Exclusive Camp Use, children over the age of 6 years are permitted. This can also be done on special request.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation should be in writing stating the reason.
- 60+ days prior to arrival date will be charged a 5% administration fee on total accommodation value.
- 31-60 days prior to arrival, 25% cancellation fee.
- 0-30 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee.
- When booking the lodge exclusively, 25% of the full amount is non-refundable.
- When booking the lodge exclusively, 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 1-60 days prior to the date of arrival.
