Deposit policyIn order to guarantee the above reservation, please indicate your guaranteed preference on the attached page and fax or (REMOVE) email it back to us within two working days.
Full prepayment forty-five days prior to arrival is required, or if the reservation is made within forty five days of arrival, two working days after making the reservation.
Should we receive no response from you on the above during the allotted time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation PolicyShould this reservation be cancelled less than 14 days from the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of the rate applicable for the full stay plus 1% Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you in relation to your guaranteed method above and attached.

A no-show is the non-arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or (REMOVE) email to the Hotel.
