There is Cindy, with an extraordinary elegant sense for fashion, a business woman from Cape Town, that knows what she wants and well driven to achieve it, nothing is impossible for her… great example of where business meets design!
It’s thanks to the game of golf that Hendri fell in love with years ago and made it his second home. That being said, Hendri always drove past this gem of a site on a daily basis, until one day the Van der Merwe family decided to share this gorgeous town with the rest of the world, not only as a Golfers Retreat for tours but also as a home away from home for families to come and be part of the Knysna festivities during the year.
The Greens Guest house, located less than 50m from the well re-known Knysna Golf course (hence the name The Greens). Hence it finds itself wedged into the heart of the lush Garden Route greenery; an elegant single story architectural jewel, housing a large open plan / living area, eight exquisite en-suite bedrooms, secure outside pool deck area and staff quarters.

Payment PolicyWe kindly request a 50% deposit to hold a confirmed reservation. The deposit is due 48 hours after making the reservation.
In the event of a provisional reservation not being secured with a deposit, the property reserves the right to release the
provisional reservation within 48 hours.
The balance for the accommodation value is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept Visa & Mastercard through our online payment gateway. No payments are taken directly at the property.
Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations must be submitted in writing
Cancellation made 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation
Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation
Any refund is subject to a 5% administration fee
Standard TermsThe Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall in all respects, govern this contract.
Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT
The Greens Guesthouse reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage
rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost becoming payable by The Greens Guesthouse after date of booking or in the
event of the devaluation of the SA Rand.
The tariffs are nett and non-commissionable.
Rack Rates provided are a guideline and are not the contracted rates. These are purely for the purpose of comparison
and are subject to change.
This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms &
