A non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the reservation.
The balance of the full amount is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of bookings made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount is due and payable within 48 hours of making a reservation.
Please be advised that should the full balance not be paid on time, we reserve the right after due notification to cancel the booking and in which event the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
• Full refund (less deposit and any administration costs) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• 90% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE:Check-in time is from 15.00. Flexible self-check in is possible. Check out time is before 10.00 on the day of departure.

That the maximum number of guests occupying an apartment does not exceed the number of guests as booked. Under no circumstances will more than 6 people be permitted to occupy an Apartment or 8 per Penthouse (this includes children and infants).
Regrettably NO SMOKING is permitted in any apartment.
That all noise levels will be reduced to a minimum after 22.00 (10pm)
A maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment are permitted within the premises.
Housekeeping (cleaning only) may be included on weekdays.
Housekeeping may be available by arrangement on weekends and public holidays.
