BOOKING TERMS• A deposit of 20% of the total accommodation
charge is required to confirm a provisional
reservation and full payment is required 4
weeks prior to arrival
• There is a 5% surcharge on credit card
payments for commissionable bookings, as
well as on Amex and Diner’s Club credit card
payments
• Extras may be settled at the lodge
• We accept all credit cards.
GROUP RESERVATIONSShould the reservations department require the
accommodation that is being held by the group for
the same dates, we will request the group to supply
us with an immediate 25% non-refundable deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY• 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of full amount
• 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of full amount
• 4 weeks or less - 100% of full amount.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE• Guests may arrive any time from 14h00
until 17h00
• Kruger National Park gates close at 17:30
• Rooms are to be vacated by 11h00.
CHILDREN• All ages welcome for exclusive-use bookings
• Regrettably no children under the age of 10
years old when booking individual rooms
• Please note that the rooms have open
balconies and the lodge and swimming pool
are both unfenced
• Children must be supervised at all times.
