Cancellation Policy
- 60+ Days Prior to Arrival: 5% administration fee on total accommodation value.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
- 0-30 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
- Exclusive Lodge Bookings: 25% of the full amount is non-refundable; 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 1-60 days prior to arrival.
