Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made in writing
Standard Cancellation policy terms:
• Cancellation 61 days or more: No cancellation fees apply.
• Cancellation 60-31 days prior to travel: 20% cancellation
fees apply.
• Cancellation within 30 days of travel: 100% cancellation
fees apply.
• Groups more than 8 people: 20% cancellation applicable
on confirmed bookings cancelled between 90 to 30 days.
• Bookings over peak season: 20% cancellation applicable
on confirmed bookings cancelled more than 30 days.
If cancelled within 1 month of arrival, 100% cancellation fee applies
Child PolicyMinimum Age:
Children 8 years and older are welcome at the lodge.
Game Drives:
Children may join game drives at the discretion of the ranger or lodge manager.
Accommodation Options:
Safari Suite: Max 1 child (up to 12 years) sharing with 2 adults.
Makubela Suites: Max 2 children (up to 12 years) sharing with 2 adults in inter-leading rooms.

Terms & Conditions The rates include luxury accommodation in en-suite,
air-conditioned suites, 3 full meals per day, all teas and
coffees, 2 safaris daily in open game drive vehicles and a
safari/bush walk. Safari activities are with qualified and well
trained Guides and Trackers.
Arrivals are from 13h00, but ideally no later than 15h00.
Departures are after morning safari and breakfast at 10h30.
The rates exclude transfers, Sabi Sand Reserve gate
entrance fees, compulsory Rhino Levy, bar bill, soft drinks,
curios, spa treatments, items of a personal nature and
gratuities.
Transfer rates to/from Kruger Mpumalanga airport/
Skukuza Airport & Lukimbi/Idube are available on request.
Guides/Tour Leaders: The rate is R6000 per night nett and
accommodation will be reserved in a Safari Chalet.

Driver Room: The rate is R4000 per night nett and
accommodation will be reserved in a Safari Chalet.
