TermsPAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable 25% deposit upon acceptance of the reservation is to be received by The African
Embassy from the operator within 7 days of confirmation in respect of all bookings. The 25% deposit is
from the total value of the reservation.
The balance is due 35 days prior to the date of arrival.
PAYMENT IN RESPECT OF RESERVATIONS SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
NOTE: Failure to make payment within the above stipulated times may result in the automatic cancellation
by The African Embassy of any reservation made by the operator.
CANCELLATION POLICY
35 - 8 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee will be charged
7 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
