TERMS AND CONDITIONS* Please note Fundu Lagoon is not suitable for children under the 12 years of age.
RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES:
* All reservations have to be submitted to the resort's reservations department at reservations@fundulagoon.com and are subject to availability.
* Reservations will not be binding until written confirmation has been received from the resort.
* Any amendments will incur an admin fee. Change of name on a reservation will be considered a cancellation and rebooking is subject to availability at the time of the name change.
* Kindly be advised that any incorrect rates populated due to a system error will need to be reviewed before confirmation.
PAYMENT TERMS:
* A non-refundable deposit is required at time of confirmation to secure your booking. The amount of deposit will vary depending in the season and the number of people travelling and will be advised to you at time of booking.
* The balance/Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
* For stays between 18 December - 10 January, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
* A 6% surcharge will be applied to all payments by credit card.
* Any bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival are liable for full payment to cover cancellation fees.
OTHER:
* It is the responsibility of every client to assess their own insurance requirements and to organise their own insurance.
* Due to fluctuating cost of fuel, relevant activity rates are subject to change.
It’s the client's responsibility to advise Fundu Lagoon of their flight arrival and departure times from Pemba. Fundu Lagoon will not be responsible for delayed or missed transfers to/from resort.
*Due to the unknown conditions of the tides, please do take the ferry no later than 17:00
*Transfers and government levy are NOT included in the rate and the transfers is $50.00 per person per way and government levy is $4.00 per person per night.
* Wedding extras require advance notice and payment.
