ACCOMMODATION• 18 luxury suites accommodating up to 36
guests only
• Furnished with king sized beds, suites include
shower, large bath (14 rooms only) and
outdoor terrace or garden
• Televisions, air conditioners, hairdryers, mini
bars and safes available in all rooms.
FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES• Central swimming pool with expansive deck
• Lounge, bar and restaurant
• Luxurious and indulgent spa
• Short stroll to some of Plett’s most pristine
beaches.
CHILDREN• We welcome children of all ages
• Please note that the swimming pool is
unfenced
• Children under the age of 2 years of age,
sharing a room with full paying adults, stay
free of charge
• Directly inter-leading rooms are available and
should be requested at time of reservation.
BOOKING TERMS• A deposit of 20% of the total accommodation
charge is required to confirm a provisional
reservation and full payment is required 4
weeks prior to arrival
• There is a 5% surcharge on credit card
payments for commissionable bookings, as
well as on Amex and Diner’s Club credit card
payments
• Extras may be settled at the hotel
• We accept all credit cards.
FESTIVE SEASON• All bookings over peak period can only be
secured once a 25% non-refundable deposit
has been paid
• 2 night minimum stay.
GROUP RESERVATIONSShould the reservations department require the
accommodation that is being held by the group for
the same dates, we will request the group to supply
us with an immediate 25% non-refundable deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY• 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of full amount
• 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of full amount
• 4 weeks or less - 100% of full amount.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE• Guests may arrive any time from 14h00
• Rooms are to be vacated by 11h00
• Early check-in or late departure can be
arranged, but is subject to availability.
