A confirmed booking comprises of the following terms & conditions:
100% Payment to secure the booking
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing and conditions of cancellation are as follows:
More than 90 days before arrival, the 20% deposit will be refunded less bank charges
Less than 30 days and no shows 100% is forfeited
No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before completion
