Child Policy:Children below the age of 12 years and pets will not be allowed to stay or use the facilities at Sanctuary Mandela.
Kindly note that we do not have interleading rooms nor are we suited to triple occupancy. We may be able to assist on a case-to-case basis.
Cancellation Policy:A reduction in the size of any booking or the cancellation of any booking shall be required to be made in accordance with the procedural deadlines set out in the agreement.
Should the client wish to cancel or reduce the size of the booking the client shall make such arrangements with Sanctuary Mandela's Reservations Department in writing and obtain an acknowledgement for such cancelled or reduced booking.
