TermsSingle supplement – 30% of the per person rate in high season only, no surcharge for low season.
Children between the age of 6 and 12 years – there are 4 stretcher beds that allow for 1 child under 12 years to be accommodated in the same tent as the parents (subject to availability) – will be charged 50% of the per person sharing rate when sharing with two adults in Luxury Tents and on request only.
Rate Inclusions: Accommodation, all meals, select local beverages, transfers to and from Khwai Airport and two daily safari activities ( bush walks, day and night game drives, mokoro trips and cultural village tours).
Rate Exclusions: Premium drinks and items of a personal nature.

The lodge reserves the right to restrict one night weekend or peak period bookings
Cancellation PolicyA non-refundable deposit of 20% is required within 7 days. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 14 days of travel, in which case full prepayment will be required immediately.
Bookings cancelled or amended 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount. Bookings cancelled or amended 29 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total amount. Bookings cancelled or amended 14 and 0 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee of the total amount.
