If a refund is paid by Pringle Bay Villa, the bank charges will be deducted from the refund payment. • The booking agent or operator will cover incorrect quotes or charges to the guest. • Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved. • This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms & conditions stated here within. • The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall in all respects, govern this contract. • Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. • Raw Africa Boutique Collection reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost becoming payable by Raw Africa Boutique Collection after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the SA Rand. • Rack Rates provided are a guideline and are not the contracted rates. These are purely for the purpose of comparison and are subject to change without prior notice. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES On the day of arrival, guests are sent a welcome letter via email and WhatsApp. The letter includes access codes to the home, Wi-Fi passwords, direct contact information for daily service needs, and other helpful information. Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out: by 11:00.
