Terms, conditions and privacy policyA deposit of 20% of the total accommodation charge is required to confirm a provisional reservation and full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.
Tour-operators are required to prepay in full 45 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise arranged. There is a 5% surcharge on credit card payments for commissionable bookings.
Extras may be settled in camp. Balance of booking should be settled 45 days prior to arrival date
We accept all credit cards but unfortunately no Travellers Cheques.
Group Reservations: We request a 20% non-refundable deposit. Bookings can only be confirmed in writing once a 20% non-refundable deposit has been paid.
Kings Camp (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or release any provisional bookings without receiving required deposit to secure space we are holding.

A 25% cancellation fee will be applicable on all Christmas and New Years bookings once the 25% non-refundable deposit has been paid to secure any space held between 18 December till 5 January
