TERMS & CONDITIONSAlways verify FULL terms; conditions with reservations department prior to booking confirmation or on pro-forma invoice. A non refundable 50% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the reservation. The balance of the full amount is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of bookings made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount is due and payable within 48 hours of making a reservation. Please be advised that should the full balance not be paid on time, we reserve the right after due notification to cancel the booking and in which event the non refundable deposit will be forfeited. Full refund (less deposit and any administration costs) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. 90% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 30 days of arrival
