Conditions
The rates include accommodation, all meals, a selection of drinks, scheduled safari activities, and refreshments during safaris.
RATES EXCLUDE:
* International / Domestic Flights ex Beira Airport, Airport taxes (if applicable)
* Visas, Light-aircraft and/or Road Transfers
* Park / Conservation fees
* Gratuity and all items not stated above
PAYMENT POLICY:
* A confirmed booking comprises the following terms & conditions:
* Full payment must be received by Gorongosa Safaris no later than 31 days before arrival.
* Reservations made less than 31 days before arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.
* The Lodge accepts payment with MasterCard and Visa. A 4% fee applies to all credit card payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation must be made in writing and the conditions of cancellation are as follows:
• 31 days and less: 100% is forfeited.
• No shows: 100% cancellation fees
• No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before the completion of their stay.
• An admin fee of 3% of the total deposit/payment will be applied, should a refund be required.
STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent, or operator. If a refund is paid by Gorongosa Safaris, then the bank charges for the refund will be deducted from the refund payment.
• Road transfers and any other activities are nett and non-commissionable.
• Incorrect charges to the guest will be covered by the booking agent or operator.
• Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved.
• Kindly note that bringing your own alcohol onto the reserve is strictly prohibited.
• This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms & conditions stated here within.
• Gorongosa Safaris reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax, or impost becoming payable by Gorongosa Safaris after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the USD.
