Cancellation Policy
- Within 7 Days of Scheduled Arrival: Attracts a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation value.
- Festive Season:
- 120 or More Days Prior to Scheduled Arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less Than 120 Days Prior to Scheduled Arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
- Option to Move Reservation: Guests can move the reservation to a different date, not longer than 365 days, at no additional cost.
- All Cancellations: Must be sent to AM Lodge by electronic mail and are valid only if confirmed in writing by an AM Lodge reservation staff member.
Single Supplement
- Third Single Room Onwards: A single supplement of 25% of the adult rate will apply when booking 3 single suites or more for the same period at AM Lodge.
Child Policy
- Infants Under 5 Years: Stay free of charge.
- Children Aged 5-16 Years: Stay at 50% of the adult rate when sharing with either one adult or another child.
- Children Older Than 16 Years: Stay at 100% of the adult rate when sharing with either one adult or another child.
- Single Child in Own Suite: Attracts the full adult rate.
