We have just been to Selous Impala camp as a family and had an amazing experience.
Our guide Ezra was brilliant, the camp Masai who helped us around the camp were so welcoming and fun. The food was great especially lunches. Breakfast was had on the move in the middle of morning safari often by lake shore listening to hippos or birds. Also good G&Ts as sun went down.
The park has fewer people in it than others I have been to, often it was just us watching the lions on the hunt or elephants washing in the lakes.
We stayed at The Bungalow with two little kids and had a fantastic time! 😊 Everyone - from the manager to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff - went above and beyond to ensure we had everything that we needed (and more). This place is as family-friendly as can be. The beach view and the relaxed atmosphere gave us a holiday feeling from the minute we walked through the door - we hope to come back!

From the minute you pull up to the driveway, you get a sense of complete and utter opulence, there is a huge amount of attention to detail, from the landscaping, lighting and overall incredible architecture which has allowed for these bespoke Villa's to seamlessly blend into the mountain side, almost disappearing totally by successfully using a combination of planted roofs, natural stone, timber and glass. The interiors are equally well thought out and provide a continuous reminder you that you are surrounded by complete luxury. The views and surrounding landscape is breathtaking, making you feel like you are completely isolated in the middle of nowhere, but the convenient reality is that you are literally 10 minutes away from the thriving hustle and bustle of town. All of the above paired with the incredibly friendly and professional team of staff staff who ensured that our stay was nothing short of perfect!! Thank you Spanish Farm Guest Lodge for an unbelievable experience, we shall definitely be back!

Awesome x 1000. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the food was delicious. The view is breath taking and the bird life is fantastic. The rooms are well maintained with super friendly staff that is willing to help and assist with every thig. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back..................
