If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total
Conditions
All guests are required to carry adequate traveling insurance inclusive of provision for cancellation charges as of point of confirmation of reservation.
Check in times are from 14:00 and check out at 10:00.

Right of admission is up held and all rules of the National Park and Lodge apply.
Children aged younger than 6 years old not allowed.
All guests are required to pay MET park fees upon check-in, park fees are daily rates. A list of park rules is available on request. As well as upon park entrance.
All chalets are non-smoking and the new enforced Smoking Law implemented beginning July 2014 will apply to all other public areas of the facility.
